4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping will take place after payment has cleared.

  • Delivery is estimated at 5–7 working days from dispatch.

  • Shipping details and tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds or returns will only be considered within 7 days of delivery and only if goods were damaged during transit.

  • Proof of damage is required.

  • No refunds or returns will be issued for change of mind or non-damaged items.
