3. Payment: 100% upfront via wire-transfer before dispatch.
4. Shipping: Not included in pricing. Courier or collection available. DUTIES AND TAXES are to the cost of the importer, we will supply all document on request.
5. Full COAs or 3rd party testing available on request at an additional costs.
6. Returns: Only accepted unopened items or incorrectly delivered items within 30 days.
7. Storage Responsibility: Buyer is responsible for correct storage post-delivery.
