Refund & Returns Policy

At OraEarth SA, we take pride in the quality of our products and packaging. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of the product being delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the product was damaged during delivery.

  • Proof of damage is required (clear photos and/or video of the damaged product and packaging).

  • Customer needs to process return shipping fees

Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that are not damaged

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)

Due to the nature of our wellness and consumable products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons unless damage occurred in transit.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@oraearthsa.co.za

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will advise on the next steps.

Approved Refunds

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a replacement is approved due to damage, OraEarth SA will cover the replacement shipping cost.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

This policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). OraEarth SA reserves the right to assess all claims fairly and reasonably.
